1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Suggesto (suggestoai.in), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Suggestoai.in.
2. What Suggesto provides
Suggesto is an AI-powered content strategy tool that generates scored video ideas, analyzes past video performance, and produces video scripts. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees — viral-chance scores are probability estimates and do not guarantee any specific content performance.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital majority in your jurisdiction) to use Suggesto. You must not share your account or use it for commercial resale of AI outputs without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Suggesto to: generate content designed to mislead or defraud; violate any applicable law; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models; scrape or automate access to the platform beyond its intended use; or harass, abuse, or harm other users.
5. Intellectual property
Suggesto grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service. AI-generated outputs (ideas, analyses, scripts) produced using your inputs are yours to use. The Suggesto platform, brand, codebase, and underlying models remain the property of Suggestoai.in.
6. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected. All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. Refunds are available within 7 days of any charge if you have used less than 20% of your plan's monthly allocations. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings or by emailing support@suggestoai.in. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suggestoai.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [city, India — to be specified before launch].
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
